With the Commercial Driver shortage still going on, many companies are looking to hire quality individuals with their Class A CDLs. On average, most companies require a Driver to have their license for at least three years.  That’s an issue for those who recently graduated CDL School. How are these individuals able to begin their career if they don’t have enough experience?

Though our students at Capital Transportation Academy have the opportunity to meet with Recruiters while training, there is still an option to do outside research since, not all CDL Drivers are focusing on the same career path (ex. Over-the-road vs. Local vs. Regional) but, fear not Graduate, your future employer is waiting for you.

To get started here’s a list of companies that hire recent CDL graduates that are located in the Central Ohio area.
