In October 2017, Bob Costello, Chief Economist and Vice President of the American Trucking Association (ATA) published his analysis on the Truck Driver Shortage in the United States.

It is worth diving into the details of the analysis so that we can fully understand the research, the market forces at play, and how we can work together as problem solvers and talent developers so that collectively, we can implement strategies that will have a long-lasting impact on the framework of our industry moving forward.
